1. What Asan HQ is

Asan HQ is a private, internal operations dashboard operated by Asan Digital LLC (“Asan Digital”, “we”). It presents the company’s own infrastructure inventory, project status and financial summaries in one place, and provides links into the company’s other systems.

2. Who may use it

Access is limited to accounts on an explicit allow list maintained by Asan Digital — employees, contractors and other authorised personnel. It is not offered to the public and no right of access is granted to anyone not on that list. We may add or remove any account at any time, without notice.

3. Acceptable use

By signing in, you agree that you will not:

• Share your credentials, or let anyone else use your access.
• Attempt to access data, accounts or systems you have not been authorised to use.
• Copy, export or disclose the business information shown here to anyone outside Asan Digital without written permission.
• Probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to circumvent the authentication or the rate limits of this system or the systems it links to.

4. Confidentiality

Everything displayed in Asan HQ — revenue figures, pipeline, customer names, infrastructure detail and security findings — is confidential information of Asan Digital. Your obligation to keep it confidential continues after your access ends.

5. Accuracy

Figures shown here are read from other systems and carry the date they were read. They may be stale, incomplete or wrong. Asan HQ is a management view, not a system of record, and it is not an accounting, tax or financial statement. Do not rely on it for any filing or external representation.

6. Availability

Asan HQ is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asan Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Asan HQ.

8. Termination

We may end your access at any time. Sections 4, 5, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
